Caleta

Operational Intelligence

See the problem before the guest does.

Caleta connects your property systems, from the PMS to labor, revenue, and guest messaging, and reads them together the way it reads your reviews: what is about to slip, which department fixes it, and what to do now.

One property, read as one system

Every system at a property knows one piece of the story. The PMS knows who is arriving. The schedule knows who is working. Revenue knows what tonight is worth. Messaging knows what a guest asked for an hour ago. Nobody reads them together, so the problem sits between them until it lands on a guest. Caleta reads them together and looks for actions that move the needle.

PMS

Arrivals and departures, occupancy, room status, rooms out of order, check-in and room-ready times.

Labor and scheduling

Who is on shift, by department and hour, with call-outs and overtime.

Work orders and maintenance

What is broken, who it went to, how long it has been open, and what keeps coming back.

Guest messaging

Requests and complaints during the stay, and how long each waited for an answer.

What comes back

  1. 1What changed
  2. 2Who fixes it
  3. 3What to do
  4. 4Did it work

Catch it before it lands

A sold-out Friday with four rooms out of order since Tuesday is a problem on Friday afternoon, when two arrivals have nowhere to go. On Wednesday it's a work order with a deadline. Caleta puts the two facts side by side and hands them to engineering with the date that matters.

Hear it during the stay, not after

Every message a guest sends is understood and grouped with the ones like it, so a pattern shows up as one issue instead of five. Three messages about hot water on one floor before breakfast reach engineering as one finding, with tonight's arrivals for that floor beside it.

Match the schedule to the week that is actually coming

The schedule is usually built from last week. Arrivals are not. When Saturday's pickup outruns the housekeeping hours planned for it, Caleta says so early enough to add a shift or hold late arrivals.

See whether the fix worked

Every finding names the department responsible and the structural fix: a shift, a cadence, a preventive-maintenance item, a process. Record what you did, and Caleta reports the rate before and after. Operational items sit in the same weekly brief as the guest ones, so a housekeeping lead reads one page, not two.
